About Clarice

Clarice is a Toronto based actor represented by Meridian Artists. Clarice grew up in Waterloo, Ontario where she fostered her love of performance, appearing in many productions with KW Glee and KW Youth Theatre. Clarice also directed several youth theatre productions with KW Youth Theatre. She received vocal training at Renaissance School of the Arts and trained as a competitive figure skater for 10 years. 

Clarice began her formal acting training at Humber College in the Acting for Film and Television program, where she received the distinguished Brian Linehan Film & Television Award for Outstanding Performance and Artistic Promise. There she trained under Mike Kirby, founder of Voiceworx, in Voiceover Recording, Improvisation with Allan Guttman, On-Screen Combat with Steve Wilsher, as well as Scene Study and On-Camera Technique with John Bourgeois, Sheila McCarthy, Michael Caruana, Maria Ricossa, Dixie Seattle, Christina Collins and David Huband. 

Upon graduation, she continued her acting training at The Lighthouse Acting Studio with Angela Besharah. In 2018 Clarice won second place in Casting Central's 4th Ideal Reel Contest. Clarice has also received training in vocal, guitar and piano and continues to foster her love of music. When not in front of the camera, Clarice enjoys photography, singing and writing poetry.
